Our albums are available for
purchase separately. If
you have a collection of family photos or photographs from
your
wedding
or other
special
event
we can help you organize your photographs to tell a special
story and preserve your memories.
A well told story is emotionally powerful, much
stronger than the individual words that tell the story. In
the same way, a well designed album becomes a wonderful story
that is much more than the individual photographs.
With your complete involvement in the design
process the story told in your album becomes a very powerful
and personal reflection. Your personalities will be an
integral part of your album through the following design elements;
- selection (choosing which photos
to include)
- pacing (how much to show from each part of your story)
- emphasis (which photos to make larger)
- personality (how formal or casual, how much emphasis on family and
friends, how journalistic, how much and what style of humor, etc.).
Our job in helping with your album design is
to show you the different ways that the photos can be arranged.
Your job is to choose which arrangement of them you like the
best, as you learn the process you will also come up with your
own
ideas. Although
album design can take time and energy, our system of designing
streamlines the process to be both easy and fun.
This design process is included at no charge
for couples that hire us to be their wedding photographer or
when all photographs for the album are purchased through our
studio. For others this service is $50 per hour.
Our albums are made with a quality bonded leather
that will last for years. They are available in a wide
assortment of colors, designs, and mat cut out configurations. Please
ask to see our samples.
