As any newlywed could attest to, planning for a wedding can become intense and stressful.  There are so many details involved in such an event that it can be overwhelming.  Nevertheless, we had all the confidence in you to do a great job that we were able to focus our attention on other things.  It was refreshing not having to worry about one aspect of the wedding.  And yet, your job was the most important task of all:  you were responsible for capturing and preserving our big day.  And as we expected, you came through with flying colors!

You were so accommodating to all our needs and inquiries.  Not once did you say 'no' but rather 'I'll check on it'.  The positive attitude and friendly service you and your staff has exemplified made our experience all the more delightful.  We truly gained more a friendship than a business relationship.

Your professionalism is admirable.  You work well with people and know how to make them comfortable in situations that oftentimes, can be very awkward to some.  You work unseen and almost invisible, catching rare, and candid moments.  A friend commented that you were a 'genius' because your photographs were so natural and unique.  Our groomsman almost forgot that we even took pictures, because he had so much fun -- there was never a routine or tedious pose he had to stand still for.
